Feature Request: Kotlin Multiplatform Pokedex Sample

Hi @skydoves and all contributors,

First of all, thank you for creating and maintaining the Pokedex sample. It has helped many Android developers learn modern Android architecture and best practices.

As Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform continue to gain adoption, I believe it would be incredibly valuable to have an official KMP version of Pokedex.

Many developers use this repository as a reference for production-quality architecture, so an official KMP implementation could become one of the best learning resources for modern Kotlin Multiplatform development.

I'd love to hear your thoughts, and I'm sure many developers in the Kotlin community would find it valuable.
