Flow only version

Hi there,

we are currently reworking our Flow application user interfaces towards Fusion only and would obviously love to have Monocle while doing this.
Unfortunately right now monocle requires Neos in a few places.

I would like to split this into two packages so that you can get only monocle "core" and then the Neos specifics on top.

I can take care of everything but obviously need to know how we want to proceed and which package names to use. For b/c the Neos "adapter" package would probably retain the sitegeist/monocle package name and then internally require the to be created "core" package...
Do we just want to name this sitegeist/monocle-core ?

I think Sitegeist.Monocle.Core would be fine.

We thought about that for a long time and prepared for it but never actually needed it. So I totally like the idea.
