Rename to OpenReality.jl?

I think it would be nice to follow the convention of adding .jl to the package name, as well as not having - in the name, as it is usual for julia packages. It would also be useful to release the package to the general registry, which requires this conventions I think.

i am not sure its possible to release OpenReality to the general registry because of how the monorepo is structured and the fact that there are rust and swift based deps

mmmh in theory if this works

git clone https://github.com/sinisterMage/Open-Reality.git
cd OpenReality
julia --project=. -e 'using Pkg; Pkg.instantiate()'

then I think you can release to the general registry. The general main automatic test is that it is importable after instantiation.
