Allow removing currencies which are no longer mineable/paid

Currently random pages will likely throw 500 errors if a coin is removed from the config

So I suppose next step is assesment? This is going to be a messy task to get right since there's a lot of edge cases. It's definitely becoming more of a headache quickly tho....
