Is project alive?

I've checked out the app and this is exactly I been looking for, simple and effective app for tracking calories/macro.
But I encountered few bugs and functional limitations on the way.

After checking out git, found out my problems been solved, but nobody merged it, as well as active development been in start of 2025, but after release at May no changes been made.

@simonoppowa Have you consider to put interested person in charge of at least PR reviews?

Simon doesn't seem to have been active on GitHub after May 2025. I fear, that the project is thus abandoned, but there are several developers, who created pull requests and might be interested in creating and maintaining a fork.

yeah thanks for opening this discussion. I'm new to flutter, so it's better if someone else maintains the repo, but I'm happy to contribute.

Sorry for not being active on this project for so long. I posted about it in an issue thread, but I have struggled with health problems over the last year and haven't been able to work on the app during that time 😔 I will try to become more active on the project again over the next few weeks and in the future.
I will start by reviewing some pull requests and releasing a new version to the stores after testing it.

Thank you for keeping the app alive with all your hard work during my absence. I love that this project has such a caring community ❤️
I'm also on the lookout for people to help me maintain the app.

Sup @simonoppowa, happy to hear you are back and better, and i still see awesome scope of the whole project and why not keep the project alive instead make it more successful interms of the whole scope as I see random slop apps from recent times doing good even being bad but compared to them this project is way better is all scope and could be made better in the other terms.
Ofcore health comes first so having a close maintainers would make more progress in the whole project. Just an oppinion :)
