Allow users to choose whether to overwrite fonts #49
Description
Because some font upgrades drop functionality, the FieldWorks team decided not to overwrite any existing fonts during installation (I believe we currently install fonts as a custom step). The Paratext 9 installer prompts users to allow newer fonts in the installer to overwrite older fonts installed on the user's computer (this option is cleared by default). This option should be included in the generic installer
