We are always trying to shrink assets to the minimum and make components load asynchronously only when necessary as much as possible. The component being loaded globally as a plugin is kind of unfortunate.
I am tight on time, so I will probably try to looks for other solution (which has turned out kind of difficult, when a person is looking for a vue3 lightbox, that also supports videos - your module has gotten closest so far :) ).
