The path to the 'faf4_zone2'-files and cmd to start the app

The files are residing in the directory FAF_Zones

call the files in the directory.

In which file do you call the shinyApp(ui = ui, server = server)

To load the faf_zone shape files, please make sure the R code is in the same location as the shape file, or you could change dsn="faf4_zone2.shp" to reflect where you actually stored the file.

If you combine ui.R and server.R into one file, e.g., app.R, shinyApp(ui = ui, server = server) should be called from app.R at the end of the app.R.

Would you not like to have this as a running program?
So that we who clone it , can run it without tweaking it ?

Is it possible for you to change the line zone.rg <- readOGR(dsn="faf4_zone2.shp",layer="faf4_zone2", encoding = "UTF-8")and point to the directory FAF_Zones where the file resides ?
And if you create an app.R-program and put it in your repo, then it will be more useful to others.
