Problem at options of issue and timelog filter

Hi sf-cola,

First of all thank you for this great plugin.
I've tested on Redmine 3.4.2 and I have a problem:

I can't see the initial config values in selectbox, and after add values left to rigth too, as you can see in this picture:

Same problem in Spent Time page:
