Implement privacy-preserving data storage guidance, clear data-use documentation, and analytics surfaces that directly inform instructional improvement and system iteration.

Scope

• document collected data, retention, and intended analytic use
• define storage boundaries for raw audio, transcripts, derived events, and summaries
• identify privacy-preserving defaults and de-identification opportunities
• surface analytics views that support instructional improvement rather than raw metric dumping
• align documentation with KIVA’s modular analytics architecture
