For now the input folder wtructure of the notebook require a frozen tree structure. It would be good to separate - Working folder (for download/and working) - L1B folder - DEM folder - GEOID folder - GIPP ? - IERS ? It will require to mount (with -v) all folders in the dockers used in the notebook
