Create a way for CLIP to build for different base os #75
Description
Add functionality to allow a user to build for different oses using different repos without having to change configurations or comment out lines in CONFIG_REPOS. Ex. Being able to build the same variant for both centos and rhel suing the correct repos for the base os.
