No sourceMappingURL for the generated css

Just run the sbt-less-plugin-tester, and you will find the generated foo.css don't have sourceMappingURL.

It's OK for 1.0.6.

This is due to options.sourceMap.sourceMapUrl is missing when calling less

SourceMapUrl is required for map url inclusion by less.js https://github.com/less/less.js/blob/master/dist/less.js#L5151

So, is there ANY hope this will get fixed soon?

I can't revert to 1.0.6, as far as I can tell the Typesafe -> Lightbend changeover earlier this year seems to have killed all older versions.

Maybe it has to do with an upgraded version of Scala.
