User story
As a user (Tavis M) I would like a csv summary download for the flexible pooling page. This should be visible on the flexible pooling creation page (or index page as a button in actions).

The exact contents and layout should be clarified with Tavis M.
The criteria is as follows:
- We need some way of telling benchling/google sheets what traction library id went into what Traction pool id. Hopefully a csv that’s downloadable?
- We also need some way of telling benchling/google sheets what the Pool meta data is (calculated volume, size, concentration). A csv is also good for this.
