Currently test runner term UI is done with janky logUpdate stuff, we can go back to using ink now that process isolation stuff is resolved previously had an ink app impl (last version before it was removed in https://github.com/magnitudedev/magnitude/commit/20aefdc6b8614412f5dd9a86776e58e7c1939924) - will require some adaptation now
