Privacy policy & terms

Required for App Store submission. Static webpages linked from Settings → About and the App Store listing.

Scope

• Privacy policy — what data the app collects (currently: nothing leaves the device), how it's stored (local SwiftData), how to delete it (Settings → Reset farm), what third parties are involved (none today; CloudKit when iCloud sync ships; analytics if Phase 4 ships)
• Terms of service — basic usage terms, no warranty, no liability for missed habits 🙂
• Host as static HTML on GitHub Pages (or similar) — repo can be the LifePlanner repo's /docs/ folder served as a Pages site, or a separate repo
• Link from Settings → About once the Settings screen ships (depends on Settings screen (notifications, data export, about) #33)

Easy because

Local-only data simplifies the policy dramatically — no third-party data sharing to disclose unless / until iCloud + analytics arrive. The policy can ship in <500 words.

Acceptance criteria

• Both documents written and reviewed
• Hosted at a stable URL
• Linked from Settings → About
• URLs added to App Store Connect listing
