Consider adding a license #1

Would you consider adding an open source license to this repository so that the code could be used by others? By default, projects without a license on GitHub are under an all rights reserved license so that no one can look at/use the code. If that's the desired result, it's completely fine, but I just wanted to check.

As a side note, thanks for the great paper! It is a very novel idea to use generalized cross validation to estimate optimal lambda values for baseline correction. Outside of erPLS and a method proposed by the arPLS authors, I have not seen others propose a framework for optimizing lambda for penalized least squares-derived algorithms outside of just visual inspection. Very cool idea to use GCV!
