How to use ruflo

Hi team,

It looks like a great project.

I was following the readme. I installed the ruflo. However It jumps into codex section right after.

How do I use it? I like to send a simple prompt to see full power of the ruflo via curl -fsSL https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/ruvnet/claude-flow@main/scripts/install.sh | bash -s, and I initialized it. I ran the deamon, but now what? When I run calude I can see It's active;

but this doesn't mean anything to a new user. When I prompt Claude will it magically work? Do I need to ask Claude to do something? Is there a special command to prompt implement a large feature?

If you want to implement a large feature, hive-mind is good for that. Here's how to set it up and end up at an interactive claude code CLI terminal...

(assuming you already installed claude code, enabled --dangerously-skip-permissions and ran single line installer for claude-code/ruflo)...
You can use npx as well with these commands.

Init hive-mind...
claude-flow hive-mind init
Accept the default settings.

Then run this command to start at an empty prompt ready for you to instruct it (select yes to trust the folder)...
claude-flow spawn hive-mind --claude "start up and ask me what I want you to do and nothing else"

Then prompt as normal and it will be utilizing ruflo with hive-mind for implementing a large feature with agent orchestration (and all kinds of other advanced features from ruflo).

I am also very confused on how to get started, especially with codex only.

Quick start for v3.5.21:

Key commands after init:

npx ruflo@latest doctor          # Check setup
npx ruflo@latest agent spawn -t coder --name my-agent  # Spawn agent
npx ruflo@latest memory search --query "your query"    # Search memory
npx ruflo@latest hooks route --task "your task"        # Get routing recommendation

The init --force command generates .claude/settings.json with all hooks, statusline, and agent teams pre-configured. Claude Code picks these up automatically.
