Need additional way to add inventory--connected to issue #1704

Hi there! This is connected to issue #1704.

Right now, the only way we can add to inventory is through a donation, purchase, or inventory adjustment. For things like our period kits and potty-training toolkits, we are creating those in-house through purchased components. But the kits themselves are not donated or purchased. We need a way to adjust and add to inventory outside of the purchase, donation, and inventory adjustment options. When we realized we needed to have inventory on hand for the period kits for them to appear correctly, we tried to add finished period kits and then realized that none of the current ways for adding worked for these items. It looks like this is addressed by the creation of kits in #1888 ( and #1904 #1960 )
