Hello, can you add USB connections for the RTL-SDR v3 and v4 devices for tracking and controlling frequencies and the device itself? Thank you.

You can already accomplish RTL-SDR control using rigctl output. Setting > Network Data Output > Enable Frequency Output. This will send rigctl commands to the IP : PORT.

You can then use SDR++, enable the rigctl server feature, and plug in your SDR. Look4Sat will send rigctl commands on localhost, SDR++ will then receive it and tune the SDR. I've used this to capture ISS SSTV passes with just my phone.

And is there anything for SDR Touch? I'm more comfortable using that app. Thanks for replying.

Unfortunately SDR Touch doesn't appear to have anything similar. Aside from SDR++ I think SDR Angel can also accept rigctl commands but its not great on smaller screens. That being said its layout is highly customizable so I'm sure something can be worked out. SDR++ also has a setting to change GUI size in case you didn't know.

Hey there @MusicaFM! Sorry for such a late response, I was ill for a bit and then quite busy for some time.

As @Gabri0n nicely pointed out, there are definitely alternative approaches to your use case. L4S was always inteded to be a portable lightweight satellite tracker and not trying to be an all-in-one monster like Ground Station for example, which is an interesting project by the way. So I don't want to depend on native C libraries like libusb and so on and don't intend to cover such a use case.
