Is there a way to install "moveit_simple_grasps" in mint?

I am having trouble downloading the "moveit_simple_grasps" package.

The os I use is mint, not ubuntu.
Trying to install "moveit_simple_grasps" causes an error in mint.
Is there a way to install "moveit_simple_grasps" in mint?
