ReadMe missing Building WebDriver and Running it

Hello,

Just I can not find any more information how to get/make/run webdriver from ReadMe.

It just guide to test Web Driver without running.

This is addressed in #24 but it hasn't yet been merged. It does answer the same question that I'm sure many have been trying to figure out.
