Please clarify the disclaimer on "Migrating a 16-ETH Minipool to 8-ETH" #22

Hi guys,
I am writing to request a clearer disclaimer on the profitability and potential risks associated with migrating 16-ETH minipools to 8-ETH minipools as outlined in the guide (https://docs.rocketpool.net/guides/node/leb-migration.html).
While the guide does a great job of explaining the process of migration and the potential benefits, it may not fully communicate the potential risks and delays that can occur. For instance, it is mentioned that an 8-ETH minipool at 14% is more profitable than a 16-ETH minipool at 20%. However, it does not clearly state that new 8-ETH nodes may remain in a "pending" state for an extended period, which could lead to lost profits.
Additionally, the need to purchase more RPL collateral to handle both minipools is mentioned, but the potential cost implications of this requirement could be made clearer.
As a result, some users (like me..) may not fully understand the potential downsides and may make decisions that could lead to unexpected outcomes.
To ensure that all users have a comprehensive understanding of the process, I suggest adding a disclaimer or a section that clearly outlines these potential risks and delays. This would provide a more balanced view of the process and allow users to make more informed decisions.
