Is PQC with the OpenSSL backend (PR #2392) planned for the next release?

We are using RNP with the OpenSSL 3.5 backend to verify signatures, and we are looking at PQC signatures (ML-DSA, SLH-DSA).

PR #2392 added PQC for the OpenSSL backend on main, but it is not in a release yet. Is it planned for the next release? If not, do you know if or when it will be supported?

The PQC work will be released after our upcoming PQC security audit this month, so we are looking at November for an official release. Stay tuned!
