Dear abagen users,
I have played around with using custom parcellations other than Desikan-Killiany but don't know which files to use... I tried to convert the .annot files from the 400-ROI-17-network Schaefer parcellation to .gii and use pial or orig surfaces but abagen.images.check_atlas returns an error.
I have also come across this discussion with @PeerHerholz @miykael @emdupre @illdopejake @rmarkello . As this seems to be a problem other users had as well - someone might have solved it now?
