[BUG][3.1.4] "can't get /" on browser

Describe the bug
I downloaded the last version of Deckboard to try it with 2 OS system and the web ui on an old android tablet and android smartphone :

On the both server OS (win & linux) the app run. Interface is showing and i can edit the panel.

But when i try to access via the browser it didn't work as expected :
I have on localhost 127.0.0.1:8500 and on 192.168.xx.xx:8500 on all my browser trying to view it the

"Cannot GET /"

• Bazzite Linux with .Appimage

Client App (please complete the following information):

• Deckboard 3.2.0 on smartphone
• Old tablet on Android 4.0.x (so with the browser interface since the app can't be installed on it)
