Texture conversion freezes at 15%

I tried reconverting my modlist textures and it froze at 15% on the minchoco mod; figured it was just a one time bug, disabled it from the list, set it to convert every mod and it froze again, at 15%.
Checking on Task Manager, it's not even using the system at all, it's perfectly frozen.
Identical symptoms as #179, but on windows.
