Config keeps resetting itself

Hi i have problem i want change setting in config.ini file for to show top buttons but every time i set to false and save when i relaunch RimPy config file refresh itself and i can see top buttons for 1 sec and they gone 

is there workaround or it would need wait for other version?

I use for Windows system one 1. 2. 6. 28 version
