In IOS, react native version 0.80, status bar and navigation bar shows black and white color(based on theme)

In React Native 0.80, the status bar and bottom navigation bar on iOS are automatically switching between black and white depending on the system theme in release builds. This behavior overrides the manually configured status bar style. Which looks very weird in look and feel
