Update config to monitor Redis instances on Render

I deployed the Datadog agent in Render or log collection and tracing which works fine. I tried following this guide to allow the Agent to collect Redis metrics for Queue monitoring but with the file system being inaccessible i'm not sure how to modify the config unless I do a custom docker build.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
