[relay explorer] is pulling events from the profiles relay when it shouldn't

Sometimes on re-connect, the explorer will pull events from the profiles relay when it's only supposed to pull profiles from there.

I think it may happen with auth relays. That's all the data I have so far.

Need to improve the NDK wrangling that is associated with reconnections? on_connect etc.
