[Feature]: setting for time format (12-hour/24-hour)

Problem

The Daily Visit Reset is in 24h format, while the Schedule Time Range is 12h.

Proposed Solution

Add a toggle in Settings: 12-hour vs 24-hour

Additional Context

I personally prefer 24h (really dislike having to think about AM vs PM around noon 😄)
Good job on the app, looks super clean and works really well so far!
