Raspberry Pi Pico and Pico 2 don't have nRST connected #179
Description
The Pico and Pico 2 variants of the build disable the nRST pin, meaning these boards are only able to perform in-band resets. If the target is not responsive via SWD (e.g. if it is in suspend), then asserting nRST is the only way to attach to the target.
nRST should be re-enabled and made available.
