Create the documentation of the cli, probably https://docusaurus.io/ is a very good option but i accept any suggestion. For now only english, in the future i will open for Portuguese, Spanish and any other requested language.

Scope:

• Create a folder with the documentation structure
• Create a basic documentation explaining the code concepts (i will help with this)
• Create the doc about the context of the task task: (context) => context...., what is available in the context? The doc should be able to answer this

We already have a wiki, so maybe we do not need this yet.
