* Github Actions Workflow setup and test complete, ruff lint, format and pytest.

* workflow ruff checks added

* dir name changesd from workflow to workflows

* rn seperated from uses blaock

* ruff cacing started

* uv_build for local build and pytest in workflow

* workflow tirggered now when pused to meain or dev

* deleted accidental commit txt file
