I'm in favour of removing the models folder from the repository, however, we still need to keep some models because of tests.
Another thing is that since paynt also provides quite extensive CLI usage, it would be good to keep some models so that new users can play around with these and it also serves as a example for our templates with holes.
Last thing to consider but I will make it into a seperate issue in the future probably is to have nice example scripts (maybe jupyter notebooks?)
