Public contributor activity and proof dashboard roadmap

MergeWork needs a public read-only dashboard for accepted work and proof-backed contributor activity.

Goal

Make it easy to see:

• accepted bounty payments
• contributor accounts that received payments
• proof links
• accepted work URLs
• bounty issue context

Non-goals for v1

• no GitHub API syncing
• no charts
• no contributor ranking language
• no fiat, price, investment, or payout-value claims
• no identity merging beyond ledger accounts
• no counting wallet transfers or GitHub claims as new earnings

Claim window rule

A bounty claim is active for 2 hours after a contributor comments /attempt with:

• exact scope
• intended files or surfaces
• test plan
• expected PR size

Interest-only comments, generic plans, or background summaries do not reserve work.

If there is no PR or concrete progress update within 2 hours, maintainers may treat the claim as expired. Duplicate broad PRs may be redirected to reviews, tests, docs, smoke checks, or follow-up tasks.

1. Foundation dashboard bounty
2. Review bounty for the foundation PR
3. Live smoke checks after deploy
4. Small follow-up feature bounties
