Publish ansible starter

Create an ansible starter repository.

Consider `d0s provision` with a `host.provision.repo = git+https://github.com/radiac/docker0s-ansible@main` config variable to connect and run ansible repo on the host.

This would probably work best with a few more options, such as the `host.provision.script` - the name of a script in the repo to execute to perform the provision, to support more tools.
