Seperate output directory

It would be practical to be able to specify a output directory, seperate from the input dir.

How would this work with libraries in the config file? I think this can be done for the one-shot mode as an optional argument for the output folder.

This feature is essential for me. I have a directory where my new music is placed and would like it to be moved to the correct location in my existing music collection
