CamelAPIsPropertiesTest workaround has to removed (CAMEL-21131)

In the PR #209, small workaround for CAMEL-21131 was introduced.

The test CamelAPIsPropertiesTest fails if the proper activeRecipe is used. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-21131
Workaround has to be removed once the fixed camel-upgrade-recipes is consumed.
