missing toolbar created with "customize toolbars plugin

i use a customized toolbar created with the app "customize toolbars"
this new toolbar is not showing

If I understand this issue correctly, you created a toolbar with CustomToolBar and then, in addition, installed workbench?

Yes PS I had to uninstall workbench because even turned off it keeps giving the same python errors !! [cid:image001.png@01D68C2B.2E84DD30] Vriendelijke groeten
