Thanks to a new contributor a very old bug was identified.

Even though the bug is technically not a breaking change, it is so severe that it is released as a breaking change, to hopefully make
users more aware of the problems.

ALL bit operations (read/write coils etc) used/returned the bit in a wrong order !! This is now corrected and extensive testing have been added.

v3.9.0 marks the end of development on the v3 line, allowing full focus on v4.0.0 which are due late summer.

The v3 line will be maintained 1-2 years are v4.0.0 is released to give you all plenty of time to upgrade.
