sweep_argbind.py test failure

Hello @pseeth,

I'm in the process of uploading this package to the AUR. When running the test suite, all of the tests pass except for sweep_argbind.py. I uploaded the output of the failure with pytest -vv to pastebin. It looks like the test is just failing out because it can't access a URL. I'm just reporting this in case you aren't aware.
