Handle deleted characters in /friends lookup #190
Description
Current behavior
/v1/friends/populate will throw an error when a character in the query doesn't exist anymore. This may occur when an alt matched character is deleted ingame but not updated in our db. As a temporary workaround, we can press the 'Update' button in an alt match result to update the db manually.
Expected behavior
The endpoint should deliver a success response even if some queried characters no longer exist. Keeping the alt db automatically updated isn't feasible.
