- haive-games → main (CLAUDE.md + cleanup)
- haive-tools → main (stale conf.py.bak removed)
- haive-hap → main (stale conf.py.bak removed)
- haive-dataflow → main (archive/ and .backup files removed)
- haive-mcp → main (no changes, sync ref)
