feat(catalog): add 12 castles, cathedrals, and a sacred grove

Citadel of Aleppo, Coca Castle, Krak des Chevaliers, Mamure Castle,
Pena Palace, Predjama Castle, Cathedral of Córdoba, Hagia Sophia,
Jeronimos Monastery, Osun-Osogbo Sacred Grove, Santiago de Compostela
Cathedral, and Seville Cathedral. Update the Unreleased catalog tallies
(122 entries, 193 UNESCO).
