1111
- Places can carry free-form tags (e.g. `UNESCO`), editable in the place form, shown on the map popup and list cards, and searchable in the Places list and filterable on both the Places and Routes lists. The tag filter is multi-select: pick several tags to show only entries that carry all of them. Tags keep their casing and dedupe case-insensitively; catalog entries can ship tags too. Tag visibility is toggleable via Settings > Optional fields (filters stay available either way).
1212
- Settings > Appearance > On-map controls can hide the route detail view's expand button.
1313
- Catalog Browse can be filtered by category, country, and tag, alongside the existing search.
14-
- 184 catalog entries are tagged UNESCO (World Heritage sites), surfaced by the new Browse tag filter.
14+
- 193 catalog entries are tagged UNESCO (World Heritage sites), surfaced by the new Browse tag filter.
1515
- Catalog entries carry natural-feature tags (Volcano, Waterfall, Cave, Beach) and built-form Type tags (Amphitheatre, Theatre, Bath, Bridge, Tower, Statue, Pyramid, and more), filterable in Browse. A Type tag groups the same kind of place even across categories, so every amphitheatre filters together whether it is categorized ruins or monument.
1616
- Catalog entries are tagged by civilization where one clearly applies (Roman, Greek, Egyptian, Persian, Byzantine, Maya, Khmer, and more), filterable like the other tags. Shipped catalog tags are now a controlled vocabulary.
1717
- Pending catalog updates can be reviewed in bulk: a "Review updates" chip in the Places controls (a Menu entry on mobile) opens every affected place's field-level diff in one modal, with per-field selection, check-all, and a single Apply. It appears only while updates are pending.
18-
- 105 new shipped catalog entries.
18+
- 122 new shipped catalog entries.

### Changed
2121
- The route detail view for multi-segment routes (GPX with several tracks) is now one whole-route elevation graph over a collapsible "Elevation by segment" list. Pick a segment from the list or by clicking its line on the map to see that segment's profile, distance, and climb; click again to return to the whole route. The graph collapses too. A 4-track hike and a 150-segment cycle route now use the same view, replacing the old per-track accordion.
