iimages: install GNU awk

Our logformatter depends on gawk, there are different awk version but we need the GNU version for it. It seem fedora by default has it but the debian image does not and thus the podman logformatter PR fails[1] ("awk: not an option: --file"). To be more future proof ensure we have gawk installed on both fedora and debian.
