Expected or Desired Behavior

The Alert application customizer show notifications on home page in the header area within a hub site.

Observed Behavior

After a list entry has been made, it does not appear in the header area of the hub site. The Alert application customizer still displayed notifications at the beginning of November. Now, however, it no longer does. It is in use on several hub sites. No more notifications are displayed on any hub site.

Steps to Reproduce

The following error is displayed via the Developer Tools:

Environment Details (Development & Target environment)

• Starter kit version: v3
• OS: Windows 11 Pro
• Target Environment: SharePoint Online
• Framework: Node.js not installed
• PnPPowerShell Version : v7
• Browser(s): Edge Version 131.0.2903.70

Based on the response provided, the JS file required for the app customizer stored within your app catalog no longer appears to be available. You might need to redeploy the app customizer, possibly using PowerShell to validate the install.
