Describe the question
A Planning Center (Object Aware) has been created to develop an application that will be used by multiple churches using Planning Center to look up a person's, address, email and phone. An that works for the most part but when a regular chuch member trys it takes them to the Planning Center login screen which it should not do as the token was generated using the log in of an authorized people access for the Church (Cornerstone).

Take a look at this video https://app.screencast.com/BZCrCDbf0fcwK by simply change to incognito it display the Planning Center log in screen. Which does not make sense at all.

The Planning Center Account used for development

The Church accunt being used to test and pull information from.

Am I missing a step or two???

hey @mdchafin 👋 from the video, it looks like the incognito browser is being redirected to /oauth/authorize, which would explain why a login is required -- there's no active planning center session.

from our side, everything appears to be working as expected. otherwise, i can't speak to the specifics of your application code. it's worth mentioning, we have a few sample apps that demonstrate the oauth handshake. we also have a slack community with an #api channel that's a good resource for troubleshooting.
