Spanish support

Hi! I used to play this game in Spanish as a kid and would love to be able to do so again using your build. I see there hasn't been much activity so don't expect anyone to do this for me. I do have swe experience and willing to do this myself but would be very helpful if you could provide some guidance on how to go from original .SF2 and .REZ files (i have the Spanish ISO but not sure where voice tracks are stored) to the SDL2 library SDL_Mixer (I'm assuming voice tracks are here).

edit: Found the Spanish .wav files in the ISO, but unsure how these are built into OpenClaw
